According to this thread, the Yaris does not have a a rear delay module. You can replace the stalk to have an intermittent front wiper, but not a rear one.
According to CTScott, "the intermittent rear requires a module and an extra wire, which the Yaris doesn't have. I picked up the module from a Prius, but it needs feedback from the rear wiper motor, which the Yaris's wiper motor doesn't provide." He did "build a module which included a potentiometer to allow for fully adjustable rear intermittent using timing to replace the feedback signal, " but I am not sure if he ever installed it as in that thread he stated he had only bench-tested it.
