Tint stain?

I brought my car to a place in town to get the tints done. A couple days ago, I recently discovered this spot on one of the plastic panels that looks stained? it also has razor blade gashes in the stained spot as well. What the hell could this possibly be? I thought tints is just soap and water? I attached a photo above. How would I get rid of this? I tried degreaser and bug and tar remover but nothing worked. |
