I finally waxed my Yaris....
Since it was such a beautiful day up here in NY state, I decided to finally give my Yaris a proper wax job.
It is going on a year and a half old an all I have done up to now is use a spay and wipe type wax a few times after washing. However, this is obviously just a poor substitute for a proper wax. I used some Meguiars "Gold Class carnuba plus" I had on hand, I like this wax mainly becaue it easy to apply and wipe off. It shines great also. For the wheels, I simply used the Eagle 1 "Wax AS-U-DRY" I also had on hand. It makes quick and easy work out of cleaning /shining the wheels as you just spray on and wipe off. I also found it useful for cleaning up the engine compartment quickly. Finally, I cleaned the windows with Stoner's "Invisible Glass" BTW, I found that using a glass cleaner on the flat black areas by the doors keep these ares looking good without adding shine.
