well i overheard teh pawn guy talking to some woman that came in asking about her stuff that was stolen...and that's what he had said. i know they do work closely with police and have a waiting period to put stuff on shelves...but he may have been exaggerated a little...or a lot...just to please the woman. idk...i'm not a pawn guy...i very seldom frequent the shops but i just thought it was funny that they wanted 50 bux less than brand new pricing for a XD that had missing slots in the case, was used, and just sitting there.
