Modelista tailights

I have spotted on various models of Yaris (mostly non stock versions) be it Yaris, Vitz etc that have a different tailight with round lenses behind the stock tailight shape.
Does anyone know where someone from canada can buy these or does someone have a set or can buy a set at their location and ship them here?
I be interested to know how much these are if someone can drop me a line.
