The electrical tape is just to seal off any air leaking, if any. The filter came pre-oiled, maybe it was overoiled then? The lights turn off and the car runs normally with the factory airbox.
So i'm guessing it has to do with my makeshift filter tubing, theres some leaking going on or maybe not enough air into the breather. |
