Vibrations at 3000rpm

Hello everybody!
Recently I bought a 2005 Yaris 1,3 R'n'B model with 52000km.
Like the car very much so far, but I got a bit of a problem.

When passing through 3000rpm there are vibrations that can be clearly heard (buzzing noise) and felt on the accelerator pedal and a somewhat on the steering wheel. The vibrations disappear as the revs get higher. It's not the gear box, because it also happens when the engine is in neutral.

Any thoughts out there from where these vibrations could be coming from?
