2SZ-FE TSB's ??

I recently found these whilst doing a search online.
Not too sure what they are, perhaps TSB’s?
I’d like to know a little more on the ones below if anyone help?

not registered for the site and made the assumption one must be in the game to be able to do so and since I've never come across a list like this I thought I'd share the link too.
