LOL ... he has never been to Alberta. If you have seen the show "Canada's Worst Driver", most of the people come from Alberta. The thing about here .. is that you have to be only 14 to get a drivers license and don't have to take a road test. You just have to have a "regular" driver in the passenger seat.

When I was 16 and was taking driver training .. I couldn't drive at all (it was also winter). I made it about 1/2 block before I got kicked out of the drivers seat. But it helped me learn how to drive . . something I now appreciate.

I think that learning how to drive when conditions are at the worst .. help people learn how really how to drive.
