the higher a/r will easily add top end and help increase boost, you will lose spool, as in it will take a few more revs to spool the turbo.
id go with a .63.

I was beyond maxing the stock in tank fuel pressure regulator at 12psi

I am running into a new problem in trying to get to 15psi. It looks like my current .48AR turbine turbo will not flow enough air to maintain 15psi. I am getting to 16psi now, but as rpm,s go up boost is falling off. Time for a new turbo and a new manafold.

Plus a tial external wastegate and a .64AR hot side turbo with a new custom 3 inch exhaust.
