6.1" Touch Screen Replacement

I've got a 2012 Yaris Hatch (Australian delivered) with a broken touch screen.

Basically the GPS system for Australia is defective and constantly loses signal and the entire screen greys out so you can't actually use any of the system functions involving the $2500 GPS.

Toyota has refused to fix it and the service manager said "that's just how it is".

So the other day on the way to a meeting the system crashed so i crashed my hand through the screen due to frustration.

Now i have a broken touch screen - as you can see from the photo the screen is fine it's just that cheap piece of plastic in front of the LCD that needs replacing.

Does anyone know how to remove the screen? Or anyone who could replace the screen for me in Queensland, Australia?

I just don't feel like paying Toyota $2500 for a new screen that didn't even work on the first day I bought the car new.

I'm just not in the mood for shelling out that sort of cash for a $27,400 car that seems to be having multiple issues from new.
