Does that mean no 'other than original location' or 'out of state' drop off fee? Or does that mean you CAN do it (TX to GA for example), but subject to fees at any location other than where you rented the car? I know Enterprise can = high fees or sometimes interstate/different location not allowed (but I thought that = re franchised locations).
