Can anyone tell me what is this for ?

Hello all. Happy new year.

My Vitz is an import from Japan. As a result it has somethings in it that are specifically required for Japan. One of them being the ERP (Electronic Road Pricing)

When I got the car the ERP card reader had already been removed but the antenna still left which I am in the process of removing. When I was removing the wiring, I came accross some other wiring at the fusebox that does not look stock.

Can any one tell me what it could be for?

I've highlighted the wiring and splicing that seems to be not original.
