I'd get the Bit Ten and the DRC. This will allow you to use all the equipment from your "old" system in the MB.
You don't need a shop or a bit tune. Any shop will charge you for the service. Considering you already have 1/3rd octave EQ experience with the P-99, you can EASILY work the Bit Ten yourself. It just takes a few minutes to get acquainted with the layout and a few weeks to fully explore the abilities and uses. Don't hesitate to make the jump. If I can do it with the Bit One, you can do it with the Bit Ten. Nice phone screen. I'll have to try to come up with my own!
