Stuck in 2nd gear!
Hello! I'm looking for some advice about driving in 2nd gear. About a week ago I found out I had a bad SLT solenoid valve. Which is limiting my car from shifting higher than 2nd gear. I am currently stuck in Patagonia where I am told by every mechanic including Toyota this part can only be purchased in Paraguay. Paraguay is roughly 2000 kms away and I am short on time so it looks like the only option I have is to drive it back in 2nd gear. What problems could I have doing this (other than speed)? How high should I let the RPMs get? Thank you in advance for any advice!
