P/S Light after Remote start install

Hello everyone, I recently had a Remote Start/Alarm system installed on my Girl friends 2007 Yaris. That was about 3 weeks ago. Since then the P/S light on the dash has come on twice. it is when she is starting the car. It will remain on. When she shuts the car off and starts it again later it does not come back on... Any ideas? Should I go back to the store that installed the Remote start? Or is there something else I should do first?
