205/50-15 Fitment Question

Hello, I am new to this forum and Yaris in general and I have a chance to get a set of Miata 5 spoke 15x6 wheels that have an offset of 40 and are wrapped with 205/50-15 rubber. I have looked at the stickied "Official YARIS Wheel & Tire Guide thread" and it says for an ET40 wheel you should normally max out at 195 wide.

But what I am wondering is if anyone has ran 205/50-15s on a Yaris hatch with stock suspension? What was your offset, will ET40 work? Any rubs; Big or Small? I plan on lowering the car in the near future and want to know if if they would pose an issue now and if I go to drop my car? or should I just put 195s on the rims and call it good?

Thanks for ya'lls input; I am used to muscle cars and jeeps with large wheelwells that I can easily make larger with a roller, hammer or cut off.
