2009 Japanese Import - adjust wing mirrors?

Hi, just wondering if anyone could advise

We purchased a 2009 Japanese Import late last year locally - based in Ireland

The manual that came with it is (very helpful) in Japanese. There doesn't seem to be an option in the car for changing the angle of the side mirrors. I checked the manual and did a follow-the-pictures trail, which showed there should be a panel down to the right below the steering wheel which would have the side mirror movement options. Ours just has a blank space there.

Any thoughts on where else this might have been placed? Hopefully not just overlooked entirely...
