Camber's Off

So I got four new tires installed today and the gentlemen behind the counter informed me that although my alignment was ok, my camber was way off (front passenger only). He suggested correcting the problem with camber bolts. My question is... since camber isn't really adjustable on our vehicles could something be broken? Perhaps a bent strut? I feel like camber bolts would simply be a bandaid. The culprit is the wheel with "81270" written next to it. Thanks!
