I have the same with my speedo.
I put a GPS speedo app on my phone and set it up on a window mount, but once I got used to how far out the speedo readings are, I don't bother with the GPS speedo any more. Unfortunately, ADR18/03 states that the speedo must not read below the correct speed, but may read up to 10% plus 4 km/h higher than the correct speed.
