Just called DTD and no there is no $60 rebate for 4 tires, that apparently is the credit card discount code.
So if you don't have their credit card (which I am not eligible for as a Canadian) the sale isn't that great, only the one rebate on 4 tires if you don't use their c/c. Their website is very misleading and sketchy with how they present that info.
