Ya, I find getting more than 45MPG a bit unrealistic also.
I get an average of about 35MPG ( and I kind of baby it to see what is the best I can get) Last fill-up 50%city , 50%hwy 40Liters / 10.57 Gallons and driven 575km / 357 miles. That averages to 6.96L/100km or 33.81MPG. I drive a 07 Yaris RS hatch, 5 speed, 5 door.
