2017 Yaris: Radio acting up

I had the radio replaced shortly after buying the car as it didn't really work well. Today, the "repeat" button starting activating by itself when listening to a podcast in USB mode. When switching modes to radio and CD, the repeat button keeps activating by itself rather maniacally, with a near constant beeping and flashing of the "repeat" button.



Any ideas what could be going on? Thanks.

Sounds like warranty. and use the lemon law I guess if this keeps failing? Lol
