Here's a picture from underneath an mr2 (mk1), which is the same as on the Yaris:


On our cars we can also fill from on top the transmission, since our 20-year-old transmissions often have stripped/stuck fill bolts. (The shiny hole in the picture)


Be careful because the bolts have very flat heads, so your sockets will have a hard time keeping grip. Some people have ground down the ends of their sockets because the ends of sockets are rounded.
