Advice about adding features to old yaris

I have a 2008 yaris 1.0 manual (KSP90L-CGMRKW(1B))

Right now, the car gets unlocked by physical key and you need to turn the keyyy to start it too.

I'd like to add several features to the car:

- Remote start & shutoff, lock & unlock
- Keyless start

I'd also like to add (if possible) from anywwhere in the world through a phone app or browser:

- Remote start & shutoff, lock & unlock
- Remote diagnostics (like seeing speed, engine codes, sensor results etc. through OBD2 port)

- GPS

I see several 'universal' kits on aliexpress, but I don't know if they include a sim card slot to "control" the car from afar or what the different parts do:

As far as I can understand, i need to buy one of these universal kits and add a sim card / gps myself with a cheap gps/lte enabled microcontroller with which I can communicate with the mainboard of the aliexpress kit.

I don't mind having to code or solder stuff myself.
