manual transmission... you pick the colour. You will be bored with Auto after driving a manual Miata. And if the options help cushion the change... so be it. I used to drive an MR2 turbo. I love my Yaris.

Well, I don't want to get into a manual vs. automatic discussion... that's another thread; however, I've always had stick shifts (2 Miatas and an MR2, and the 3 British sport cars I currently own)

But, this Yaris is my first automatic, and I must say I thoroughly love it... what a great transmission, and I'm never bored with it!

I'm not a red car person and that blue does look really cool. Plus as has already been said that specific blue may no longer be offered anymore so that's kind of special.

The only difference in price is in the options and all those can be bought aftermarket for less money.

If it were me I would go with the blue and buy the other stuff aftermarket. However, if the options were on the blue and not on the red then I would probably still get the blue and not worry about aftermarket options.

just my opinion.. I'm still holding out to buy my Yaris (white LB manual) since 2008 models shouldn't be too far off.
