Congratulations on the new car. You'll love it
I've had mine for about 9 weeks and I'm just shy of 6K miles. The Yaris is a great little car. Don't get me wrong, there are days I really miss my Subaru AWD and I'm sure that I'll be missing it even more this winter; but you just can't beat the performance of this little Yaris. My best MPG was 45.6 but my average is probably between 42 and 43. I pumped the tires up to around 40 psi and accelerate with moderation but other than that, I just set the cruise at 70 mph and drive. No modifications (yet) and no fancy driving techniques. At half the price of a hybrid, it really is a fantastic car. |
