Anyway, yeah, I can see what you're saying. What if Michigan would have won? I'd be sitting here bitching about how they need to have a rematch because they are obviously the two best one-loss teams in the country. Just so happens we didn't have that scenario, and thank god. My head would have 'sploded.

I'm not a USC fan, but I did enjoy my time at watching and talking with them as they walked to and from the locker room.

I believe only conference champions should get a chance to play for the National championship. If you didn't win your conference, you shouldn't get a chance to be named best team in the nation.

Of course, being a Gator fan, I am very happy with the way things turned out. Florida really made the heisman winner look pathetic.

Michigan couldn't even handle USC, no way they have a chance against Florida.

A playoff consisting of all the conference winners, plus a few really good teams to make it add up to 16 should be used. And I've heard the it is thought that a playoff would actually earn the colleges more money.

This thread is funny.. I loved that game. My brother is a huge OSU fan, and Im a Gators fan (OSU is my second favorite team as well.) Just having the ability to rub it in his face was so great...

And hockey.

And Nascar.

And pretty much all sports and sport-like activities. Bores me to tears, every one. The only thing I've ever watched and been mildly attracted to was Indy car racing.

Sadly, no I wasn't serious

Our schedule is usually full of psycho killers those first few games, this year no exception, won't be just Ainge's pinky gets crushed.

Guess I'll have to live on memories of 1998...

I would rather live off the 1950 and 1951 vols...those guys were monsters.
