Anyway, if you think about it, a 205/60/15 is less than 2% taller than the OEM 205/45/17! So, you're still within the recommended 3% margin of Yaris HB OEM tire sizes. As far as wet weather tires, I thought Michelin made some of the best ones, but if they're having quality problems, you may want to pass on them. Look on the tirerack.com website.
