but they dont have a walkie talkie and standing behind you goin "jill is finishing up her notes" every time ur off the phone more than 5 minutes.. at least as a rep i wouldnt be told when to take my breaks and lunches or call monitored and scrutinized on my wording to the insured.. its quite a bit more leeway...get ur work done, we dont care what u do, just do ur work.. i seriously have to walk away every hour or so cuz i get bored and tired of dealing with it all.. like seriously.. get off my back and let me do my damn job! grrrr i really hope its the rep job.. i love my coworkers, but i need something new.. and more money...

When you coming down, Lisa? This is unseasonably warm for us though. 50's next week, that's much more typical. None of that ice and snow stuff though. They were showing pictures of ya'lls weather on the news tonight. it was pretty scary.

bracing for the "wintry mix" or precipitation, i'd rather just straight snow or rain, snow i can drive in, rain i can drive in, ice noone drives in, we all just slide around in our little motorized sleds.

so glad my dad got work transfer to leave ny and come to cali.. so much nicer and warmer and sunnier and warmer here... lol tomorrow i go to DMV to pick up my new personal plates.. lol 2 yrs after having my car.. lol
