best way to learn to drive in the snow and ice is to find an empty parking lot and start playing with the throttle, brake and hand brake to make the car go "out of control" so you can feel what it does and you can learn to correct it

Very good description. It's as much watching out for everyone else as it is watching what you're doing and how you're doing it. It's a true test of your multi-taskin skills. lol

March is a month where it can go either way. We can still be having snowstorms then. The temps are bit more mild...40's, maybe 50's if we're lucky.

But with regards to snowfall, I had my oldest daughter May SIXTEENTH of 1990...and 2 days before we had a snowstorm that dropped 8 inches.

Not much fun to be had around here tonight. It's a bit quiet in the house.

Well, look who it is...the first time I've been at a computer since Thursday. Lisa, not to be a jerk but I spent about five hours yesterday on a beach in Tampa Bay. :) We ate at a restaraunt on an island...the restaraunt is owned by a guy from Neenah and the entire place is decorated with Packer/Favre memorabilia...very cool. Anyway, just thought I'd stop by and say hello to everyone.

Happy Holidays!

You're not a jerk, Silly...I'm glad you're having a great time!
