If you're going to keep it, then stop driving it right away! Antifreeze in the oil, besides indicating something like a blown head gasket, almost completely eliminates the lubricating capability of motor oil. That's nearly like driving without any oil in the engine.

On the other hand, milky oil could come from condensation caused by the engine not getting hot enough. How is the radiator level?

It's right below the full line. I think we will just get rid of the darn thing and either get a Yaris or some other Toyota.
