Sure, we could hook it to a remte or better yet have it comtrolled by the ECU-now we are talking about big bucks. No battery relocation is necessary for either design and the gains offered for the daily driver is that you get to have an intake design that gains significant power in the lower rev ranges and then change it for high rpm power. The real benefit is having the choice.

What we are wrestling with is positioning the throttle body in the stock location which will meaning anything that currently hooks to this location will work (yours will work). Having the throttle body in the stock location will meaning it can't be made to be adjustable.

You said with the high end the throttle body will hook up to almost all CAIs, but what about short ram intakes? Same deal? I got the AFE short ram in take. They called it the AFE Cold Air Intake 2, but i think they sent me the short ram. Unless they call it the CAI because it comes with the "heat shield."

Actually your air intake would work with either design since we could rotate the inlet tube.
