ouch!!! wow, that really sucks.. will the be able to repair it or does it need to be replaced?

Oh , its all good, I got a guy/shop to fix it ( grind/weld/grind the crack) and then getting the rims powder coated gold by them too. I'll top it all of with a set of red works lug nuts .

Yeah I'd fix it/powder coat now but I just killed my funds buying Jeff's Recaro setup , so I'm gimpin' on the rim for another week . I Just switched the rim from the front to the back , less weight and stress on it . Only lost 4psi of air today so... I guess thats good

personally, I wouldn't eff with a cracked rim. Its expensive to replace but I've heard horror stories about damaged/repaired wheels, especially cracked rims/wheels.

So what time are we gonna eat ? Are we looking to meet up by 8pm then try to get a table for 20 ??? I'm just tring to make sure I get saved two seats @ the table for me and my friend. I'm driving up from san diego so I'm tring to plan out what time I should leave by .

if you wanna get there by 8, I would probably plan to leave about 5:30 at the latest. I would guess you are going to hit a lot of traffic. On the other hand, you will have a carpool buddy for some of the way. I would still do 5:30 and if you get up here early, you can call me or somebody else and we can caravan the rest of the way (LB is on the way to Gardena...

Well , we should beat the 12 person meet record, even if half the people on the list flake... This should be a good meet

UPDATE: parking will be on TARGET lot and try to be there at 8:00pm!...called shin sen gumi, reserved a tatami section(shoes off) for a dollar/head! the section is only good for 14 people, will try to get some more space if needed...make sure to bring your wallet with money of course or else you have to wash dishes or dance in front of everyone wearing kesho-mawashi(sumo clothing)...btw that goes for the ladies too(the dancing)
