Welp, I woke up and went to work out and my holiday escapades caught right up with me. Didn't sweat a drop during the first 20 minutes. I've never been this dehydrated in my life.
Just pounded a bunch of water, and now I'm going back to sleep for a couple hours. This sucks. |
