WOW you think that price is bad , i was just quoted by my dealership
a price of approx $370.00NZ ($214.00US ).
Thankfully Sparks Toyota in the US will supply and ship one to me for $US118.00 still exspensive but worth it, if it close's the gap on top of the AFE intake.

It works fine with the AFE, no rubbing issues here.
Be advised that insulator comes in a folded piece of cardboard taped shut.
Hope it survives it's long journey.
Don't forget to order the pins too! 5 needed.
Wow, guess I got quite a deal @ $60USD.

I use them since I'm in NY so the stuff arrives next day usually.
