well, it sounds like a grounding issue like Black said.....

+1 on that or it is the main power wire to the under bonnet fuse box,
double check your earth contacts in engine bay , and check + as well
see picture off fuses , and don't worry about the wires circled in yellow.
they are the fog light wires.

you might also look at the fuses in the car under main main junction
check photo it is under that .
