Boy, Cleveland Ohio (downtown) is like a big-brother city... cameras all over... you don't even have to try to look for them... you would just be surprise to get a tix thru the mail of a violation (not purposeful)... even like a month past...

exactly, I do think one or more people, not in the contest should say if the picture forfills the list item or not

I love the violation ticket idea, as a bonus pic, but not a required one.... They are bad in Toledo too..... I have a couple of those, they send you a link to the video as well here
