You have to remember that TRD is just a re-brand of other manufacturer's parts. I have TRD parts on my car, but the TRD intake is made by AEM. Not sure who the shocks are made by, but you're just paying for the TRD name, which is fine if that's what you want.

They might be made by Eibach, but I'm not sure either. There is a difference between the TRD springs and Tanabe - TRD have progressive coils, meaning they get stiffer as they compress. I believe from reading on the forums the TRD ride a little smoother.

And TRD "sport" parts ARE warrantied if you install them, but only for part failure I believe. (if you install them wrong and they break because of that, you're screwed - but if you have the dealer do it, its just like your car warranty) TRD "racing" parts aren't covered at all.

And I've seen TRD springs under 200... 50 bucks a spring is too much??

Anyways, with that said, Tanabe and TRD both make good springs from what I hear :D
