That child is my wife's sister's son, my nephew. And the women just pleaded guilty and got all of 18 months house arrest..WHAT THE F***

I feel sorry for the young boy, such meaningless suffering.

sorry to hear that. does seem unfair. i'm not really all that in to spanking children, especially at that age, but damn i think maybe that would have sufficed. i guess just try and remember that as mentally unstable as this woman must be to have done something like that, it could have been much worse. it's really scary to think about... i hope his recovery goes as well as it can.
