take it to another BB if one is in your area, show them your install invoice and tell them about what happened. They will take care of you, If they are impolite or not accommodating, ask to see there manager.
Like the other BB installer said about, I'd write my other installer up if I knew he did an install like that.

P.S. - I allow people in my bay, but you have to be behind the "line" or roped off area B/c OSHA.
