has anyone installed a 3dr liftback lip spoiler?
I saw them on Toyota Parts Store for $138.00 and it can't be all that hard to DIY. They wanted $275 (installed) at the dealer.

Yes I installed mine. Took about 90 minutes. You need to ensure your measurements with their template are accurate an that youcan use a drill. It was not difficult but do read the instructions twice and ensure you visually see how it is going to mount.

I always think a spoiler installation is the thing you can spend a little to get it done by a professionnal. It's not something you can fix easily if your installation is not great on the first shot.

No, seriously, unless you're positively sure you can do this without messing up, let a professional take care of it. Even with a template, we're talking about drilling into your car's body, you can still mess up, better to pay a little extra than to have a poorly mounted wing or badly drilled holes needing filler and paint. |

like i said.......
You'd have to be a complete mechanical moron to screw up drilling two holes. We're not talkin about an engine rebuild.
