HELP!!!!!!

I tried the alcohol, but it didn't work. The funny thing was that they'd dissappear and 3 seconds later they'd just pop back up again. lol it was kinda funny. So I decided to use what I had before I tried that micro mesh or never dull you guys recommended. I used that headlight restoration kit with the buffing pad and it worked. I wasn't able to get ALL the dots, but most of em are gone. I couldn't get the ones along the edges cuz I was afraid of breaking some parts.. But it worked well I guess. I might get that micro mesh later on to get the rest of em, but thanks everyone! =]
