New car and buy back the old one, keep the motor and trany and any valuable parts then have the body towed to a metal scrap yard and get about $400 for it.
Buy back for the car shouldn't be more then $800. definitly more then $5000 in demage, the frame is most likely bent, new rear suspension looks like might be needed. and underbody might be scraped up pretty bad |

![]() Can't count how many of these threads I've seen. It oughta be a law where the other driver should have their license torn-up for hitting a Y, especially if they're driving a bigger vehicle
