I Think we are all missing the point here , we all choose to post here , and the MOD's have the
final say , on if it can or cannot be said on here , there where no threats made , by eathier party just baiting of each other.(RIGHT OR WRONG)

The thing you're leaving out, and it's an important point here, is that this forum is NOT public. Sure, anyone can join, but it is OWNED by Bueller as I understand it. The mods are really just helping him out. They can ban people, the can suspend people, and that is the way this game is played.
