WHAT? We went over and over this. You were insisting on a mechanical oil pressure gauge. I'm glad you got the electrical one. Did you use a sandwich plate to mount the sensor?

BTW, do you think the tach would fit in the same spot as the gauges?

I can't answer that. My tach is a 5 or 6" tach. Possibly if you got a 3" one it would fit. Garm has a picture of his recent gauge setup in his turbo thread and shows his 4 gauges in the glove compartment and one of them is a bigger gauge. I believe it's a 3"? Anywho, depends how deep those tachs are that you want to get. You'd need to get measurements of a tach you had in mind and measure the depth of the glove compartment. No I did not. I am going to try and fit it in the head in place of the stock sensor. If it doesn't fit, then sandwhich plate it is. |
