Sorry but putting something in that has lower catalist efficiency and less catalist will not magically make the emissions out of the tail pipe cleaner.

Its called the law of common sense. Now if its on a car that has already extremely clean emsisions and you delete the cat you may not see much change in emissions but definately wont see a improvement.
