I never said you did. I said I don't blast my system as part of the next sentence where I didn't understand the "anguish" caused by another person's system, especially at a stop light. Also - I hate to burst your bubble, but not a single person has successfully actually bothered me over the internet. You and everyone else on the internet are forgotten within seconds of me finishing any given post.

Because "one" doesn't need a lawn in the first place. "One" chooses to have a lawn which needs tons of fresh water, and requires noise polluting lawn maintenance. Most cities in California, Nevada, and I'm sure other states will give you a check of up to $2000 dollars for changing to low water usage landscaping. Too bad every house of the american dreamer has to have a big green lawn with a white picket fence.
But I don't really want to impede on someone's right to mow their lawn. I'm just saying if being able to hear something that someone else is doing is a sign of disrespect and should be restricted, be fair about it and restrict all loud noises.
