Toyota couldn't stay out of trouble even slight trouble. They will however not have as much trouble as the Big 3. It won't hurt toyota to do any restructuring to stay ahead. Mainly because they have been doing it for years. The big 3 ignored any warning signs because they always knew the government would never let them go under. They were caught with their pants down.

Well I hope they dont do a GM. After all I will be owning 4 of them for the next ten years. At least!
Their problem is they wanted to surpass GM and built up insanely. Now their going to be losers for the next few years. Not as bad as GM....yet.
