I bought Navignon MobileNavigator North America today. I am so psyched to finally have a decent voice guided navigation app for my iPhone. I hate having to carry my phone and a separate GPS device when I travel. There's also a European version (but no Australian version yet).

I'm using the US version and it's very good. I have a navigation HU in my Yaris, so I am using the iphone app in my other vehicle and in rental cars when I travel for business. It doesn't have all of the bells and whistles of a dedicated GPS, but I really like not having to carry my phone and a GPS when I travel.
